The Stanneylands, Wilmslow
Throughout the week, The Stanneylands will be celebrating English Wine Week by offering a range of English wines which are normally only available to purchase by the bottle. There’s a selection across rose, red and and white wines including the Chapel Down Bacchus 2015, Kent, Bolney Estate Foxhole Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015 Sussex and Nyetimber Classic Curvee NV Sussex.
Wine Showcase, Chester Racecourse
The Wine School of Cheshire is holding a Wine Showcase for wine fans to experience a true taste of English Wine on Saturday 3rd June 2017. The Great British Grape Off is taking place at Restaurant 1539 at Chester racecourse - and will embrace Chester’s wine but also Welsh wines due to their close promimity.Tickets for the event are £80 and available to buy on The Wine School of Cheshire’s website.
Castle St Townhouse
One of Liverpool’s hottest restaurant and bars, Castle St Townhouse, are celebrating English Wine Week by serving a selection of Lyme Bay wines with different dishes throughout the week. The award-winning wines are produced in Devon’s beautiful Axe Valley. Some of the wines that they will be serving include the Classic Cuvee Brut, an elegant sparkling wine, Blanc de Noir Brut, and Rose Brut.
Ormer Mayfair, London
For those true wine enthusiasts, Ormer Mayfair in London, will be serving up a five-course tasting menu for the week. It holds one of London’s finest English wine collections which guests can enjoy - embracing some of England's finest wineries.
