Who doesn’t love a drink before you board a flight? There’s something so exciting about sitting in an airport bar, lapping up the atmosphere, and sipping on your favourite cocktail before jetting off on holiday! So, as we know it’s nearly holiday season and we are trying to get inspiration ourselves, we’ve compiled a list of the best airport bars in the world with a twist… Beer Garden, Munich Airport, Germany We love Germany - we love the sights, the culture and, most importantly, the beer! Renowned for the love of drinking, the Germans really know how to drink in style. Just take Oktoberfest - the world's most famous beer drinking festival - steins, kegs, beer halls and smoke meats, what’s not to love? They’ve taken their love so far that there’s now a beer garden in one of their most city airport - Munich. In fact, this is one of Europe’s largest roofed-in beer garden that features chestnut trees and a glass ceiling and pnd to make it feel like you are in the outdoors sending you on your way with a quenched thirst, in typical German style! Hard rock Cafe, Malta International Airport In the world, there are 191 Hard Rock locations around the world - including 23 hotels - but despite this, we were still quite surprised to discover that Malta has its very own Cafe within the airport. It’s complete with memorabilia from numerous rock stars, and plenty of bits that you can treat yourself too! If you’ve got time, or your flight’s delayed, definitely enjoy a meaty meal from them (we’d recommend the hickory BBQ ribs) and a classic hard rock Sundae to finish. It’s definitely one of the coolest ways to kick back before catching that flight! Pool Bar, Singapore Changi Airport Although most of us are quite eager to board the plane, there are some people who simply love to relax and enjoy their time at the airport. If you’re in Singapore, make sure you keep your swimming costume handy as they’ve got their very own pool bar that’s perfect for those who fancy a quick dip! There’s rooftop pool that you can chill in, or a Jacuzzi if you want to treat yourself. And on top of this, you’ll get a free complimentary drink from the pool bar - all for £13.91!
